Discovery
Giving four advisers a distinct route to prospective clients

/ Overview
Discovery's financial advisers needed enquiries connected to their individual expertise. FGX combined personal campaign stories, adviser pages and a shared enquiry process so prospects could meet the person behind the offer and choose how to begin a conversation.

The adviser pages
Make the adviser
visible within the brand
A national financial-services brand provides a shared identity, while the advisory relationship is personal. The Discovery advisers in this project needed a flow of enquiries they could call their own, with a distinct presence that introduced their expertise and approach.
FGX's task was to connect that individual presence with a practical route into conversation. The work brought together four advisers, their campaign creative, personal landing pages and a shared CRM for managing captured requests.

Give people a reason to meet a particular adviser
The challenge was to make each adviser recognisable within Discovery's brand and connect their message to a financial concern a prospective client might recognise. A visitor needed to understand who the adviser was, what they could help with and how to make contact.
We approached the campaign and the enquiry journey together. The campaign would introduce a relevant concern; the adviser page would introduce the person; the enquiry process would carry the request into an adviser-based follow-up view.
Build the creative around different financial concerns
Different financial concerns
We developed a separate story for each adviser. Justin's creative explored the feeling of holding several financial products without a connected plan, then brought the conversation back to personal goals. Christo's story centred on building wealth from a foundation. Cathy's considered planning across generations, while Nic's addressed wealth, risk and legacy.
A personal introduction
These choices gave each adviser a particular conversation to begin. The campaign could speak to a recognisable concern before introducing the person available to discuss it, while Discovery's visual identity held the work together.
A shared brand
Discovery's visual identity holds the adviser stories together.

Christo has spent his career helping professionals build wealth with a plan. Let's build yours the same way.

Most people already have financial products. Justin connects each decision back to your goals.

Twenty seconds.

Every story was animated as a vertical reel for Reels, Stories and LinkedIn video. Click or tap the sound button on a video to turn audio on or off. Keyboard users can focus the button and press Enter or Space.
The connected journey
From discovery
to enquiry
Meta and LinkedIn creative linked to an adviser page, with campaign tags where configured.
The visitor lands on a person, with their promise, services and track record.
Call-back, enquiry or a requested meeting, each with consent and a clear next step.
Captured enquiries can be organised by adviser, with campaign source recorded where available; unattributed leads remain visible.
Discovery CRM
Enquiries, organised
for follow-up
Adviser and campaign views in the retained dashboard design.

Retained dashboard reference. Lead names and figures are blurred for client confidentiality. Animated notification cards are workflow examples.
New. Contacted. Qualified. Meeting booked. Won. Lost.
The pipeline runs from New through Won or Lost. Adviser and source fields help organise follow-up; attribution depends on the data captured with each request.

Carry the story through to a useful next step
FGX produced twenty carousel slides across the four adviser stories, alongside introduction posts, LinkedIn and Meta creative, and twenty-second vertical reels. Each carousel used a continuous illustration across five slides to carry its idea from the opening question to the adviser introduction. The other formats adapted the adviser story for different ways of encountering it.
Adviser pages and shared enquiry management
A useful next step
Personal landing pages then brought together each adviser's biography and services. Visitors could request a call-back, send an enquiry or request a meeting. Meeting options distinguished an introductory call, a needs discussion, a full consultation and an in-person conversation, making the nature of the requested contact explicit.
Organised follow-up
The shared enquiry view organised requests by adviser and campaign, with follow-up tasks and appointments alongside each record. It distinguished a new request from a contacted prospect, a meeting and completed business. Campaign source was recorded where tracking information was available, with unattributed requests retained in the reporting.
Adviser and campaign views
The shared enquiry design brings adviser, campaign and follow-up information into one place.
Individual adviser journeys with a shared enquiry process
The delivered work gave the four advisers individual campaign and landing-page journeys connected to a shared enquiry process. Each adviser had a distinct story and personal introduction, with contact options that carried the visitor's interest towards a conversation.
The shared CRM design provided a consistent structure for organising those requests by adviser and following their progress. This brought the personal side of acquiring a prospective client and the practical side of managing an enquiry into the same programme of work.

If your organisation depends on the expertise of individual advisers or specialists, their personal presence needs to connect with the wider brand and the enquiry process. Talk to FGX about giving each specialist a relevant story and a clear route into conversation.
