The new HTC One has hit the shelves and has officially launched on Vodacom’s network.
The sleek, aluminium bodied device boasts a high pixel density, a rear camera using ‘Ultrapixel’ technology, and runs Android 4.1.2 with HTC Sense. Other key features include a 4.7-inch HD IPS display, 32GB internal storage space, 2GB of RAM and LTE support.
The smart device also includes a nifty application called ‘Blinkfeed’ that streams all your favourite content onto one screen for your convenience. In addition, it provides TV channel surfing, which allows you to select TV channels, access program guides, adjust audio and more. It also notifies you when your favourite TV shows are on.
Find yourself in between crowds often? The HTC One comes with a Sense Voice service that has built-in microphones that detect loud ambient noises, which will then automatically boost the in-call voice to compensate your conversation.
The HTC One starts at R449 per month on a Smart S contract from Vodacom, and all the Smart contracts will include a bonus of 250MB of per month for 24 months for you to enjoy.
